“It was a great class! I loved how the trainer held the class. I am familiar with Pilates, but she helped me a lot with positioning. It was nice and slow, which really helped work my muscles more. It was just what I am looking for.”

I love that there are always options depending on your level of fitness and flexibility so you can go at your own pace and build up your strength. I have seen a huge change in my cardio, abs and guess what? My back doesn’t hurt any more.

I love this class! Moves fast enough that I’m never bored and hard enough that I am really really pushed, but she’s great at explaining things and I always feel encouraged and motivated. Great stretching, and I love the fresh air and watching the sunrise. Highly recommended.
