Santiago Quintero has been a personal trainer and wellness coach for over 15 years. He studied kinesiology and worked in the physical therapy field for over seven years where he specialized in aquatic therapy, taught Pilates and focused on rehabilitative exercises.
Santiago currently teaches several group fitness classes for Stanford University’s Health Improvement Program, concentrating on providing high-quality and fun ways for clients to reach their fitness goals. He has created and improved group exercise classes for several employers based on participants’ needs including Stanford University, Stanford National Accelerator Laboratory and Meridian Bodies in Motion.
Over the years, Santiago has worked with multiple types of people, both in an exercise class setting and one-on-one, helping clients meet their fitness goals, recover from injuries and focus on mind-body wellbeing. He also has experience working with certified nutritionists on a program called “Get Real” which he uses to guide his clients in wellness coaching.
