Michelle speaks at corporations with her lunch and learn program entitled Three Keys to Getting Fit in the Work Place. She has trained over 100 new recruits for the Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Milpitas and Palo Alto Fire Academies as well as over 1,000 group exercise, personal and Phone Fitness Coaching clients.
Michelle is also the creator of the Easy Weight Loss game™. This game is a fun way to get fit. It combines everything she’s learned about motivating clients through exercise and nutrition into a game.
