    This class is a fusion of Pilates, strength training, balance, intervals, functional movement and foam rolling. It is designed to help you age feeling strong and flexible without all the aches and pains you see many go through.

    Workout Themes For Each Day:

    Make It Happen Monday
    • 6am: Fat Burning Cardio Hills with Pilates,
    • 9am: Full Body Toning with Pilates 
    Terrific Tuesday
    • 6am: Full Body Toning with Pilates and Foam Rolling,
    • 9am: Fat Burning Intervals, Balance with Pilates and Foam Rolling,
    Whacky Wednesday
    • 6am: Fun Cardio, Crazy Yoga Balance Training, and Pilates
    Thriving Thursday:
    • 6am: Full Body Toning with Pilates and Foam Rolling
    • 9am: Fat Burning Intervals, Balance with Pilates and Foam Rolling 
    Fat Burning Friday
    • 6am: Fat Burning Cardio with Pilates and Foam Rolling
    • 9am: Full Body Toning with Pilates and Foam Rolling

    • Bring a thick mat (Yoga mats are too thin.) Order on Amazon click here

    • You will use a foam roller on Tuesday and Thursday. Order on Amazon click here
    • 6am Class Only: In the winter sessions (Nov-March), meet in the upper parking lot and bring a pair of gloves because the weights can be cold.
    • 6am Class Only: In the Summer sessions (April-Oct), meet in the lower paraking lot and bring a towel to put under your mat. We meet outside during the Summer season only.
    • Feel free to combine this class with our 9am class any day!
    • We have equipment you can borrow for your Free week!
