We have backpack drives for schools.
We also have had cooking classes and holiday parties.
This is a community of friends who workout together and on occasion, enjoy events outside their exercise class.

The Pilates Cardiocamp is a 5 week program that combines both bootcamp drills and Pilates. You will do Pilates for half the class and either cardio or strength training the other half of the class depending on the day.
